Hello, greetings and a personal "cool-beans" for coming by. This is the TFL.org approved fanlisting
for Dawson's Creek Episode #101,
"Dirty Dancing"
aka "Dance".
The title of this fanlisting comes from Joey's quote said towards the end
of the episode, "So what have we learned from tonight's 90210 evening?"
If you too are a fan of this episode, which brought
together drama, romance and teenage angst, then send out your information

{Fanlisting Members}
- As Dawson struggles to complete his film by the festival deadline, he decides
to mix business with pleasure by casting Jen, with whom he now has a budding
romance. This continues to irritate Joey, for reasons she won't truly admit,
even to herself. Dawson soon finds he has some competition in Cliff, an
upperclassman who's not as "enlightened," but is handsome and
popular for his football prowess, and is stunned when Jen accepts Cliff's
invitation to the dance. Although not one to attend dances himself, Dawson
now feels compelled to rush in and make an utter fool of himself. Pacey,
meanwhile, moves forward with increasing confidence in his secret quest
for romance with his teacher. | x
- Maybe it was the way four teenagers acted as though they were neither under the edge or over the edge. Or perhaps it was the way they perceived the world around them. Quite possibly it was because they were teenagers, the kind of teenagers we were or only hoped to be, self-aware on a social level yet utterly clueless where it mattered most in life and love. For me it's more then being about certain scenes in episode 101, but rather the overall context and themes. For once this wasn't 90210 teenagers. Void was the glitz, vanity and hollywood pretense. In it's place realism, heart, honesty and the kind of angst that was believable and earned. | Delise
